We want you to love what you receive. Each item is made to order (printed on demand).
Damaged or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@justmimmi.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Change of mind / wrong size
Because items are made to order, we can’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect details provided at checkout. Please double-check sizes and shipping details before placing your order.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank/card provider.
